Hello and welcome. I’m delighted you’ve arrived at my coaching page.
I come to you in full faith that you have all the answers you need within you. I’m simply here to guide you through a process that will help to uncover what needs to be seen in order for you to move forward in your life in the way you’d like to. I do this by employing transformational coaching techniques, as well as by applying my own uniquely intuitive gifts.
Like you, I’m a giver, a lover of life. A mother, a daughter, a sister, a friend. I walk the path of the giving woman—making shifts, taking turns, falling down, rising up—learning and sharing as I go.
I’ve spent most of my life believing I was not destined for wonderfulness—that there was more merit in sacrifice than there was in receiving. My role was to make sure bad things didn’t happen to the people I loved. And I never really felt I was succeeding at it, so I would load up more worry and more urgency to be sure I stayed on track in my mission.
This was how I drew my energy for life. It felt really important, so it kept me motivated. But it was exhausting, and deep in my heart I felt resentful because I had lost myself in the process. I didn’t know the truth that my one and only role here is to express myself as Me, and that everyone would benefit most profoundly when I did.
And so it is that I prioritize sharing this pivotal message with others.
I’ve enjoyed working exclusively with women for the past eleven years, beginning with owning/operating Serenity Wellness for Women in San Mateo, CA, from 2009 to 2016, where I provided holistic therapies, as well as health and life coaching.
I then went on to build and operate Collective in Sebastopol, CA, a teaching venue for women entrepreneurs, as I myself have a serious entrepreneurial bent.
I also have a huge heart for writing, editing and publishing and have woven these skills into my entire professional life.
And—oh, yes—I was indeed a court stenographer for 18 years, beginning in my twenties.
As a coach, I operate under a prevailing paradigm that our desires (the things we want) are keys that unlock our greatest potential and our highest level of service in the world. As such, I will focus with you on what it is you're wanting to experience in your life.
For some of you this may not be clear at all right now. Not to worry—unveiling your desires is part of the process. Your only job is to show up honestly and willing to participate. There's no way you can get it wrong.
I'll help you get clear on what it is you really want and lay the foundation necessary in order for you to receive it. You'll gain access to your own answers so that making the necessary shifts feels natural to you.
